1. If you completed the first step of registration, but didn't get your confirmation email, please check any junk or bulk folders for a message from discovery.com. The confirmation message may have been inadvertently flagged as spam by your email service provider.
2. Check with your school/district system administrator to ensure that the @discovery.com domain name is included in the school's safe senders list.
